Qualifications

• 5+ Years of Experience in HR supporting hourly employees and cross functional partners within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Workday, Dayforce, Indeavor and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to influence leadership with data and insights.
• Strong organization and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and change management.
