Job summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage employee relations, investigations, recruitment, reporting and analytics, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights while supporting strategic business objectives.

The position is on-site at our Bryan Dairy - St. Petersburg, FL facility, not hybrid or remote, and offers opportunities to lead policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of relevant HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct complex employee relations investigations involving policy violations, performance concerns, workplace conflicts, harassment, discrimination, and other sensitive employment matters.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics to support business and HR decision-making.
• Participates in team projects and manages multiple initiatives to drive improvements and align with organizational goals.
