Job summary

You’ll handle employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compliance as a trusted business partner to location leadership. Responsibilities include staffing support, onboarding, investigations, and data entry in Workday/MyRyder.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with HR concentration or related field; or 4+ years of HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations and general HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with location leadership to execute HR strategy focusing on engagement and retention.
• Provide HR support on day-to-day issues, including training and coaching.
• Collaborate with HR and operations on hiring, onboarding, and data entry in Workday/MyRyder.
• Lead employee relations activities and investigations with collaboration from business agents.
• Utilize analytics to influence organizational processes and program improvements.
• Support union negotiations and labor relations initiatives within the CBAs.
