Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to provide tactical HR consultation to managers and employees, resolve conflicts, and conduct investigations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

You will analyze data to identify ER trends and partner with HR and Legal teams to mitigate risk. The role supports operations across multiple sites, with travel as needed, and offers a salaried compensation package along with comprehensive benefits and a 70k–80k pay

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major; or, additional four years of required experience.
• Five years or more in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Intermediate).
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations, developing investigation plans and conducting fair, neutral investigations.
• Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex case management systems.
• Provide policy interpretation regarding conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
• Partner with Operational Management/Business HR/Labor Relations/Legal Teams to create solutions to complex Employee Relations situations.
• Ensure high-quality HR support through performance management and compliance with applicable union agreements where relevant.
