ServiceMaster by Crane IFS seeks an HR Generalist to partner with site leadership, manage employee relations, workforce planning, onboarding, and compliance across locations. This hybrid role requires a strong on-site presence to support onboarding, engagement, and daily operations.

Responsibilities include employee lifecycle management, recruitment support, policy implementation, and coordination of training and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in administration, HR, or compliance (facilities or industrial settings preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HR systems (e.g., WinTeam or similar).

Responsabilités

• Partner with site leadership to manage employee relations and performance.
• Oversee onboarding, background checks, and new hire readiness.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data systems.
• Coordinate recruitment and staffing support.
• Support training, compliance, and payroll processes.
• Travel between assigned locations to support HR operations.
• Assist with workers' compensation and OSHA reporting.
