Job summary

Apex Service Partners in Boise, Idaho is seeking an Onsite Employee Services (HR) Generalist to support the Idaho market. The role supports day-to-day HR operations, promotes a high-performance culture, and assists with onboarding, compliance, and employee development.

You will work under the Regional Director of Employee Services, lead virtual new-hire orientation, coordinate safety and engagement initiatives, manage ADP-based processes, and help resolve employee relations issues in a

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience with onboarding, orientation and employee engagement.
• 1-2 years handling basic employee conflict resolution.
• Experience with ADP and iCIMS for HR processes.
• Experience facilitating employee interactions and inquiries.
• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Experience with training and development programs.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR admin support across locations: data entry, filing, reporting, email management, and records.
• Manage the hiring process: screenings, onboarding/off-boarding, compliance tracking.
• Coordinate start dates, equipment/access setup, uniforms, and new hire paperwork (ADP as system).
• Lead virtual orientation for regional new hire classes.
• Coordinate safety initiatives with site/regional/TPA teams to maintain safety.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training, feedback sessions, and resolve basic complaints.
• Pair with Director to investigate, report on, and resolve HR compliance and employee-relations issues.
