Crane Co. is seeking an HR Generalist to support the Conroe, TX site with administrative and strategic HR functions, including talent acquisition, training and development, associate engagement, performance management, and records administration.

The role coordinates company initiatives such as equality and philanthropy, partnering with HR leadership to ensure integrity and ethical practices while driving a proactive, trusted work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment & staffing practices.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of Employment Laws (EEO, ADA, AA, FMLA).

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of contact for associates with questions or concerns.
• Coordinate recruiting and interviewing processes including HR screens, manager screens, and offers.
• Assist with benefits-related questions and verifications.
• Support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and philanthropy programs.
• Maintain HR records and administer pre-employment checks and I-9/processes.
