Job summary

A well-established manufacturing organization is seeking an HR Generalist to provide hands-on HR support in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, coaching management, onboarding new hires, and ensuring compliance with HR practices. Candidates should have at least 3 years of HR experience, particularly in employee relations and workplace investigations. This is a contract role of 1-3 months with the potential for hire. The working schedule is Monday to Friday, with one late shift required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong background in employee relations and investigations.
• Experience supporting hourly workforces across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR contact for employee relations matters.
