Job summary

DISA Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Generalist I, Human Resources to provide day-to-day HR support across employee groups and business teams.

You will assist with employee relations, performance management, onboarding, benefits, and HR processes while partnering with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent service. You will interpret HR policies, maintain confidential records, and escalate complex matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in HR, employee support, HR operations, or related roles.
• Foundational knowledge of HR principles, employee relations and performance management.
• Ability to interpret policies and escalate when needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with managers and employees.
• Organized with solid documentation and case-management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance across employee and workplace matters.
• Support employee relations and performance management processes.
• Assist with onboarding, internal movement, and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence for programs.
• Maintain accurate confidential employee records and HR documentation.
