CFS in Gary, IN is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support growing operations onsite. You will manage employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and talent management initiatives, partnering with leadership and staff to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key duties include supporting recruiting and onboarding, coordinating training, maintaining HRIS records, and assisting with performance management and coaching.

Competenze

• Previous HR Generalist experience required.
• Knowledge of employee relations, employment laws, benefits, and HR compliance.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
