• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms; Paycor experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruitment, including posting, sourcing, screening, and reference checks.
• Coordinate onboarding from offer letters to background checks and live scans.
• Maintain accurate applicant and new hire records for compliance.
• Track open positions and candidate pipelines with reports for leadership.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and community events.
