Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a field-based bilingual HR Generalist to support site HR activities for craft and staff construction personnel in Hubbard, TX. You will partner with the site HR Supervisor to manage onboarding, documentation, and HR-related processes on active projects.

The role requires 2+ years of HR or administrative experience, field-based construction exposure, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and new hire paperwork with site teams.

• Generate reports and support special HR projects on site.
• Assist employees with payroll access and basic HR inquiries.

Job Overview:Primoris Energy Services is seeking a field-based bilingual HR Generalist supporting site HR Supervisor for our craft and staff construction employee population. This role will be supporting mid-to-large scale construction project. The primary responsibility of the HR Generalist is to collect and review HR paperwork and assist with site personnel needs. Adheres to all federal, state, and local laws governing employment process.
