Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking an onsite HR Generalist (bilingual) to support field construction projects in Hubbard, Texas. You will handle onboarding, paperwork, and regulatory compliance while partnering with site management and craft personnel.

The role requires 2+ years in HR and administrative work, field construction experience, and fluency in Spanish and English. Travel to construction sites across the United States will be needed as part of the job responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Previous HR experience
• 2+ years of Administrative experience
• 2+ years field-based construction experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Strong skills using Microsoft Office products
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel, live and work on construction sites in the United States

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with recruiting team to verify craft orientation and onboarding.
• Process new hire, rehire, and transfer paperwork for state and federal compliance.
• Track craft performance management paperwork at the project level.
• Develop relationships with management and craft professionals while maintaining an HR perspective.
• Assist with employment-related investigations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Coordinate trainings with training and safety departments.
• Schedule and assist with open enrollment, drug testing, and site events.
• Perform general administrative duties including payroll support and EAP assistance.
