Primoris Energy Services is seeking a field-based bilingual HR Generalist to support site HR activities for craft and staff construction personnel in Hubbard, TX. You will partner with the site HR Supervisor to manage onboarding, documentation, and HR-related processes on active projects.

The role requires 2+ years of HR or administrative experience, field-based construction exposure, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR or administrative experience in field settings.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience supporting construction sites is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and new hire paperwork with site teams.
• Track craft performance paperwork at the project level.
• Assist with employment investigations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Coordinate trainings with training and safety departments.
• Generate reports and support special HR projects on site.
• Assist employees with payroll access and basic HR inquiries.
