The HR Coordinator is a field-based position supporting the site HR Supervisor for our craft construction employee population. This role will be supporting mid to large scale construction projects. The primary responsibility of the HR Coordinator is to collect and review HR paperwork and assist with site personnel needs. Adheres to all federal, state, and local laws governing employment process.
