LHH Recruitment Solutions in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our in-office team. This full-time role supports onboarding, documentation management, and employee resources while assisting hiring and retention initiatives.
You will coordinate interview scheduling, manage job postings, maintain ATS data integrity, and assist with benefits administration and employment verification, all while ensuring compliance with HR policies and laws.
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a growing corporate office in Phoenix, AZ that is looking to add a Human Resources Coordinator to the team. This is a Monday through Friday full-time in-office position. Pay range depending on experience $23.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience.
The Human ResourcesCoordinator role ensures new employee onboarding compliance, documentation management and verification, provides resources to current and new employees, andsupports the organization’s hiring and retention goals.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
