Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions partners with a growing construction company in downtown Phoenix, AZ to hire a Bilingual/Spanish-preferred Human Resources Coordinator for a full‑time, on‑site role.

You will support high‑volume onboarding, benefits, payroll, HR systems, compliance, and employee relations in English and Spanish; Paychex experience is required; salary ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
• Experience with high-volume onboarding and payroll processes.
• Paychex experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Source and review applications and resumes for open positions.
• Prepare new hire paperwork and maintain employee records.
• Complete and maintain I-9 documentation and compliance.
• Set up and update employee profiles in Paychex and Sage.
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment and general benefit questions.
• Provide payroll support, including certified and union payroll.
• Review timekeeping, payroll changes, and employee information for accuracy.
• Assist employees with general HR, payroll, and policy questions in English and Spanish.
• Support employee relations matters and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Process employee changes, including new hires, transfers, compensation changes, and terminations.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
