Job summary
Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large population of hourly employees and business leaders at a Virginia Beach fulfillment facility. You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service with data-driven insights and AI-enabled tools.
The role may lead a team of entry-level HR associates, own projects to enhance the employee experience, and balance strategic and tactical responsibilities to improve workforce outcomes in
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
- 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
- Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to deliver HR initiatives focused on talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service.
- Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service.
- Coach leaders on effective people management practices including performance feedback and team development.
- Support leaders in building inclusive, high-performing teams and equitable talent practices.
- Identify trends from data analytics to drive proactive HR solutions at the site level.
