Job summary

You will leverage data analytics and HR metrics to drive business impact, potentially lead entry-level HR staff, and drive initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and inclusion, while working onsite at an Amazon facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management

Responsibilities

• Provide HR generalist support to hourly employees and business leaders.
• Partner with leaders to deliver talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service initiatives.
• Leverage data analytics and HR metrics to drive business impact and improve employee experience.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and development.
• Support equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions.
