• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns, addressing root causes, and applying policy-aligned, high-judgment decisions.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive site-level solutions.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs; maintain floor presence to gather insights and drive improvements.
• Coach leaders on people management, including performance feedback, team development, and complex employee relations.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR tech, AI, and self-service tools while preserving high-touch service in critical moments.
