Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner for its Sub-Same Day Fulfillment Centers (SSD-FC) to support hourly employees and leaders. You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and operational HR excellence onsite, leveraging data-driven insights and partnerships with site leaders.

The role balances strategic and tactical duties, with opportunities to lead projects and possibly manage entry-level HR staff, while delivering compliant, high-touch HR service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 2+ years of HR or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and addressing root causes while ensuring compliant policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs, and partner with leaders to drive improvements.
• Coach leaders on performance feedback, team development, and complex employee relations matters.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service in critical moments.
