Job summary

Amazon seeks an HR Business Partner for Sub-Same Day Fulfillment Centers (SSD-FC) in Ohio. This role provides HR generalist support to a large hourly population and leaders, focusing on talent management, engagement, and operational excellence onsite at an Amazon facility.

You will leverage data and AI-enabled tools to drive employee experience improvements, partner with leadership, and advance inclusive practices across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns, addressing root causes, and ensuring fair policy application with compliance and risk management.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive site-level solutions.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and complex employee relations matters.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology and AI tools to enhance user experience and service delivery.
