Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner for Sub-Same Day Fulfillment Centers (SSD-FC) to provide HR generalist support to hourly employees and leaders. You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service with data-driven insights and proactive initiatives.

You may lead a team of entry-level HR staff, balance strategic and tactical work, and focus on equitable talent practices and high-touch service in critical moments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience as a baseline requirement.
• 2+ years of HR or equivalent experience across people processes.
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns and ensuring compliant policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on performance feedback, team development, and complex relations matters.
• Partner on equitable talent practices across selection, development and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions and AI-enabled tools for high-touch service.
