Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner for SSD-FC to provide HR generalist support to hourly employees and business leaders at a Sub-Same Day Fulfillment Center. You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service while leveraging data-driven insights to improve workforce experience.

You may lead a team of entry-level HR staff, execute core PXT processes, and partner with leaders on performance management, culture, and inclusivity initiatives.

Qualificações

• Onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management experience.
• Experience supporting employee-focused processes and HR initiatives.
• Ability to coach leaders and manage complex employee relations matters.
