Job summary

You will partner with leaders to deliver data-driven HR initiatives, influence culture, and oversee projects that enhance employee experience and business outcomes, sometimes guiding entry-level HR teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 2+ years of HR experience or equivalent (e.g., operations, retail, logistics).
• Experience leading onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by addressing root causes and ensuring policy fairness.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management and inclusive team building.
• Drive equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
