Vensure Employer Solutions is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner for on-site support in Duluth, GA. You will resolve complex employee relations issues, ensure multi-state compliance, and deliver tailored HR solutions to diverse client teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with executives, policy development, and proactive risk management. A Bachelor’s in HR/Business and 3–5 years HR experience are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent) is required.
• 3-5 years of HR experience is required.
• Experience with MS Office and HRIS; knowledge of payroll platforms preferred.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partner with executive- and Elite-tier HR-centric clients, with a strong emphasis on HR compliance.
• Develop deep understanding of client businesses and HR needs; provide compliant guidance across disciplines.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, handbooks, job descriptions, and onboarding processes.
• Address employee relations issues, investigations, and risk mitigation with timely, well-documented progress updates.
• Document client interactions within HRIS and support client retention through effective service.
