You will handle onboarding, offboarding, employee status changes, payroll data entry, and timekeeping while maintaining confidential records and accurate HRIS data. The role requires at least two years in HR support, proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or UKG Ready, and strong Excel/Word skills.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting HR functions, including payroll.
• Hands-on HRIS experience with ADP Workforce Now or UKG Ready.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Practical experience with payroll processing and timekeeping.
• Strong confidentiality and data accuracy in HR records.

Responsabilidades

• Support onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and employee status changes.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and HR records.
• Assist with policy administration and employee inquiries.
• Coordinate training logistics and certifications.
• Use HRIS to maintain records and run reports.
• Support time and attendance and payroll data entry.
• Assist with recruitment tasks and background checks.
