Golden Bolt is seeking an HR Operations Assistant to provide vital administrative and operational support to the HR team across two distribution facilities in Memphis. You will act as the front-facing representative, delivering excellent service to employees, visitors, and leadership while balancing daily tasks with broader HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site administrative support and HR coordination across facilities.
• Serve as the on-site HR contact, welcoming employees and visitors.
• Coordinate and support annual HR events (e.g., company picnic, holiday party).
• Manage the employee store and inventory for both facilities.
• Oversee office supplies and ensure efficient operations at both sites.
• Post and maintain internal HR communications via boards and channels.
• Support onboarding, engagement, and recognition initiatives for culture.
• Communicate clearly with employees, leadership, and visitors in a multicultural setting.
• Travel regularly between distribution centers to provide consistent HR support.
