Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of HR experience at Administrator/Generalist level.
• Hands-on experience with Paylocity HRIS and intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
• High discretion and proven background handling confidential personnel information.

• Maintain employee records and lifecycle data using Paylocity and Excel.
• Facilitate end-to-end onboarding and new hire onboarding compliance.
• Support recruitment processes, coordinate interviews, track applicant pipelines, and assist with candidate communications.
• Assist with day-to-day benefits administration and respond to routine inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance regarding sensitive compensation and employee data.
• Support internal engagement programs and cross-functional projects, including time-saving AI workflows.
