Qualifications

• Two+ years of administrative experience in a Human Resources department are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding logistics.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, promotions and terminations.
• Maintain accurate records and HR systems in compliance with policies and laws.
• Coordinate separations, exit meetings, final pay, and records retention.
