Job summary

Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking an on-site HR Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, and employee communications across its multi-mountain resort operations. The role involves data entry in payroll systems, managing uniform inventory, and assisting with monthly HR reporting, all in a fast-paced resort environment.

Eligible candidates must be on-site for all shifts, possess strong Word/Excel skills, and maintain confidentiality while engaging with a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to be on-site for all scheduled shifts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; able to use database programs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of HR principles, recruiting, and event logistics helpful.
• Ability to set priorities and adapt to changes quickly and professionally.
• Must handle confidential material and work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate various HR processes and programs.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee data changes in payroll systems.
• Assist with data reporting and periodic HR metrics.
• Handle daily uniform distribution and inventory control.
• Assist with employee events and internal communications.
