Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial electrical or mechanical construction projects in Houston, with extensive travel (70%) and a per diem allowance. You will drive performance across preconstruction to closeout, coordinating clients, leaders, and field teams.

The role requires 10+ years in related construction, strong financial oversight, and a track record of managing multimillion-dollar projects in energy or industrial sectors.

Formación

• 10+ years in electrical, mechanical, industrial, utility, or EPC construction.
• 5+ years leading multimillion-dollar projects with significant financial/operational responsibility.
• Experience in data centers, petrochemical, oil & gas, or large infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and related PM software.
• PMP certification and OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for large-scale electrical, mechanical, or industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cash flow, profitability, change management, and risk.
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and vendors to align with schedules and contracts.
• Develop client relationships and serve as primary contact for performance and negotiations.
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, labor productivity, and material management.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and project specs.
• Mentor project managers and pursue process improvements with leadership.
