Talent With Heart in Houston is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial electrical or mechanical EPC projects onsite with 70% travel. You will guide preconstruction through closeout and coordinate with clients, owners, field teams, and subcontractors to meet schedule, budget, and safety goals.

The role requires 10+ years in electrical/mechanical/industrial EPC construction, with at least 5 years in leadership of multimillion-dollar projects; PMP/OSHA 30 is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in electrical, mechanical, industrial, utility, or EPC construction.
• At least 5 years managing multimillion-dollar projects with financial and operational responsibility.
• Experience in data centers, cryptocurrency mining facilities, oil/gas, petrochemical, refinery, or large-scale infra environments.
• PMP and OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for large-scale electrical, mechanical, or industrial construction projects.
• Oversee budgets, cost forecasting, cash flow, change management, and financial reporting.
• Direct and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain relationships with clients, owners, general contractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage scheduling, procurement, labor productivity, and material management.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and project specs.
• Coach and mentor project managers and engineers.
