Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager for industrial EPC projects, overseeing electrical or mechanical construction from preconstruction through closeout. This onsite role requires 70% travel with per diem provided and a strong liaison between clients, executive leadership, field operations, and subcontractors.

You will lead multi-discipline teams, manage budgets and schedules, enforce safety standards, and drive project performance while mentoring junior project

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical, mechanical, industrial, utility, or EPC construction.
• Proven success leading multimillion-dollar projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the successful execution of large-scale electrical, mechanical, or industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project financial performance including budgets, cost forecasting, cash flow, profitability, and risk mitigation.
• Direct and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to align with objectives, schedules, and contracts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as primary contact for performance and negotiations.
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, labor productivity, material management, and resource allocation.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and project standards, promoting a proactive safety culture across sites.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and field leaders.
