Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical or mechanical EPC construction in Houston. You will oversee all phases from preconstruction to closeout, coordinating with clients, executives, field teams, and subcontractors.

The role requires 10+ years in related fields, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and a proven ability to drive project performance while maintaining safety standards. Willingness to travel and stay on site as needed is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electrical, mechanical, industrial, utility, or EPC construction.
• Experience leading multimillion-dollar projects with financial oversight.
• PMP, OSHA 30, or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for large-scale electrical, mechanical, or industrial projects through all phases.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, cash flow, change orders, and profitability.
• Direct project teams, field crews, and subcontractors to align with objectives.
• Develop client relationships and coordinate with stakeholders on planning and negotiations.
• Manage scheduling, procurement, labor, and materials for efficiency.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and project specs; promote safety culture.
• Coach and mentor project managers and engineers; drive process improvements.
