Fooda, Inc. is seeking an onsite leader to deliver a hospitality-driven experience at a client location.

You will act as the primary contact for clients, employees, and restaurant partners, ensuring daily service runs smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and Fooda standards of quality and care are met. You will shape the restaurant network at your site by building strong relationships, communicating expectations, and supporting partners to ensure excellent guest experiences and dependable

Qualifications

• Experience delivering hospitality-focused service in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to be the primary point of contact for clients, staff, and partners.
• Strong communication and quick problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with autonomy and shape service quality on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onsite experience to ensure programs run smoothly and on time.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for client employees, building trust through consistency.
• Provide onsite guidance to staff and coordinators to keep service aligned.
• Partner with restaurant teams to set up daily operations and address issues.
• Monitor customer experience, identify trends, and escalate as needed to maintain quality.
• Maintain menus, POS updates, signage, and daily flow for smooth service.
• Influence the restaurant network by sharing feedback and reinforcing standards.
• This role is 100% onsite; address: 3260 IN-32 W Lebanon, IN 46052.
• 30 minutes from downtown Indianapolis.
