This role blends hospitality, operations, and client care with autonomy, building strong vendor relationships and guiding staff to deliver exceptional service every day.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day onsite experience, ensuring programs run smoothly, on time, and with a hospitality-first mindset.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for the client and their employees, building trust through consistency and quick problem solving.
• Provide onsite guidance and support to staff or coordinators, ensuring alignment for service.
• Partner with restaurant teams to set up for success, communicate expectations, and address issues.
• Monitor customer experience, identify trends, resolve concerns, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain menus, POS updates, signage, daily flow, and overall presentation.
• Influence the restaurant network by sharing feedback and upholding standards.
• This role is 100% onsite in Burlington, TX.
