Job summary

Fooda is seeking an operations-focused leader to manage on-site service across locations in a fast-paced, office-based food program environment. You will supervise staff, coordinate with restaurant partners, and ensure smooth service delivery.

The role requires 4–6 years in operations or hospitality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work a nighttime schedule five days a week with weekend on-call. Proficiency in Excel and payroll tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in operations, hospitality, food service, event management, or similar service-focused roles.
• Experience supervising employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Available for a fixed, primarily nighttime schedule onsite five days a week, with weekend on-call coverage.
