Job summary

Fooda is hiring a part-time onsite events associate to execute Fooda events at active sites. You will set up, support restaurant partners, welcome customers, and ensure a polished environment throughout service.

You thrive in hospitality, are detail-oriented, dependable, and able to move and manage setups and breakdowns while delivering friendly, proactive service to guests and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the onsite execution of Fooda events: setup, restaurant support, customer experience, breakdown, and cleanup.
• Create a welcoming, organized environment and keep it polished during service.
• Assist restaurant partners with setup and operational needs onsite.
• Interact with customers, provide proactive hospitality, resolve questions in real time.
• Maintain clean service areas, equipment, and spaces before, during, and after events.
• Monitor restaurant setups to meet Fooda standards for presentation and experience.
• Resolve onsite issues and coordinate with Operations Manager when escalation is needed.
• Learn and use Fooda’s technology and procedures.
