You will troubleshoot delivery or order issues, coach users on the Fooda app, and help maintain consistent, high-quality event execution across locations.

• Resolve problems promptly with real-time onsite customer service.
• Assist with promotions and coaching via the Fooda app.
• Support audits of event setup for consistency and quality.
• Escalate issues to Manager when needed.
