Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day onsite experience, ensuring programs run smoothly and hospitality-first.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for clients and employees, building trust through consistency and rapid problem-solving.
• Provide onsite guidance to staff and coordinators to stay aligned for service.
• Partner with restaurant teams to set up and support daily operations and address issues.
• Monitor customer experience, identify trends, resolve concerns, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain menus, POS updates, signage, daily flow, and overall presentation.
