Fooda is seeking a Program Supervisor in Burlington, Texas to lead the onsite Fooda experience at a client location. You will be the primary contact for clients, employees, and restaurant partners, ensuring smooth daily service and a hospitality-driven approach.

You’ll manage vendor relationships, guide staff, monitor the customer experience, and maintain service details such as menus, POS updates, signage, and flow. This position is 100% onsite in Burlington, TX.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day onsite experience ensuring timely, hospitable service.
• Be the primary onsite contact for client and employees, building trust.
• Guide and support staff to stay aligned for service.
• Partner with restaurant teams to set up and address issues daily.
• Monitor customer experience and escalate to Sr Strategic Account Manager when needed.
• Maintain menus, POS updates, signage, flow, and presentation.
• Influence the restaurant network by sharing feedback and standards.
• This role is 100% onsite in Burlington, TX.
