Job summary

Fooda, Inc. is looking for an onsite leader to deliver a hospitality-driven Fooda experience at a client location in Temple, TX.

You will be the primary contact for clients, consumers, and vendors, ensuring daily service runs smoothly and reflecting Fooda’s standards of quality and care. You will shape the restaurant network serving your location, building strong relationships, communicating expectations, and supporting partners for success on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day onsite experience, ensuring programs run smoothly and on time.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for the client and employees.
• Provide onsite guidance and support to staff or coordinators when needed.
• Partner with restaurant teams to set up and address issues as they arise.
• Monitor customer experience, escalate when appropriate to leadership.
• Maintain menus, POS updates, signage, daily flow and presentation.
• Influence the restaurant network by sharing feedback and reinforcing standards.
• This role is 100% onsite in Temple, TX.
