You will collaborate with restaurant partners, maintain menus and POS updates, and help shape the local restaurant network.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary onsite contact for clients and employees.
• Provide onsite guidance to staff and coordinators.
• Partner with restaurant teams to ensure daily readiness and issue resolution.
• Monitor customer experience, identify trends, escalate as needed.
• Maintain menus, POS updates, signage, and daily flow.
• Support restaurant network and ensure strong vendor performance.
