Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Hospitality Associate to ensure top-tier service and smooth on-site operations for client gatherings, meetings, and conferences. You will be responsible for presenting, ordering, stocking, and maintaining food and beverage areas while supporting overall workspace tidiness.

Reporting to Client Services leadership, you will set up spaces, manage supplies, and provide prompt, courteous service with a professional company image.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2+ years work experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide five-star customer service to all employees and clients.
• Order, stock, inventory, maintain and present products.
• Set up meeting spaces for onsite needs including meetings and events.
• Support barista, pantry, conference, kitchen and meeting areas.
