Job summary

SPS North America, Inc. is seeking a Hospitality Associate to manage onsite food and beverage presentation, stocking, and setup for client gatherings, meetings, and events.

The role emphasizes professional service and a polished company image, with duties ranging from reception to ensuring clean, organized workspaces. You will report to the Client Services Supervisor or Manager, perform duties across meeting spaces, barista/pantry areas, and front/back office coverage, and maintain a courteous,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 1-2+ years prior work experience preferred.
• Ability to work assigned work hours determined by the manager.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
• Superb written and verbal English communication skills.
• Current knowledge or ability to learn computer-based systems required for functions of position.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Provides 5-star customer service to all employees.
• Orders, stocks and inventories, maintenance, preparations, and presentations of products.
• Sets up meeting spaces for onsite needs such as meetings, conferences, or meals.
• Submit work orders for certain requests.
• Service and replenish the barista, pantry, conference, kitchen, or meeting areas.
• Will perform meeting room and conference room set‑ups.
