SPS North America is seeking a Concierge Associate to be the initial point of contact for colleagues and guests at our client site. You will deliver a welcoming, high-level reception experience and support visitor registration and meeting room bookings with a can-do attitude.

In this role, you will cultivate warm connections, handle multiple tasks, and maintain professional appearance while providing prompt, courteous service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 1-2+ years prior work experience preferred.
• Ability to work assigned hours determined by manager.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Current knowledge or ability to learn computer-based systems required for functions of position.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures required.
