Job summary

Associated Asset Management is seeking a Regional Director of On-Site Communities in Tempe, AZ to lead a team of Community Managers and partner with boards to ensure service excellence across portfolios.

The role requires seven years in community management and supervisory experience, with strong budgeting, HR, and governance knowledge, plus a proven ability to resolve issues and foster teamwork. Travel and strategic oversight are expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills required.

• Ability to motivate staff and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with HOA governance and enforcement of governing documents.
• Strong budgeting, financial administration, and HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Clients through regular interactions and meetings.
• Attend Board, Annual, Committee, and other meetings with Onsite Managers.
• Assist Managers and Clients to ensure compliance with State, Federal, and Association Management Statutes.
• Participate in interviews, hiring, training, and placement of Community Managers and onsite staff.
• Provide input for staff assignments in assigned communities.
• Evaluate employees and conduct annual reviews; coordinate with boards on salary adjustments.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision to Community Managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with AAM policies and procedures and board reporting.
• Assist with Board and Annual Meeting preparation and communications.
• Handle escalated homeowner issues and report resolutions to superiors and boards.
