• 1–2 years HOA experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete all community site visits for compliance inspections.
• Process and sign all compliance communications.
• Be the point of contact for member calls/communications and compliance.
• Prepare facts and evidence for hearings and penalties.
• Visit communities with managers semi-annually.
