Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC seeks an experienced on-site HOA General Manager to lead the Newport Beach community, oversee staff, budgets, and capital projects, and work with the Board to advance strategic goals.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and adherence to governing documents, with opportunities for growth in a premier luxury community setting.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of onsite General Manager experience in HOA or luxury/resort settings.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CA CAI or CACM certification is a plus and knowledge of California Civil Code is important.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and manage a large team across multiple communities.
• Develop long-term strategic plans and capital improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present annual budgets and financial reports to the Board.
• Ensure governance practices comply with CC&Rs, Bylaws, and applicable laws.
• Foster accountability, professional service, and resident satisfaction across operations.
